Campfire Isekai Season 2 Announced
Exciting news for all of you who loved Campfire Cooking in Another World With My Absurd Skill, also known as Campfire Isekai. The series is getting a season 2! The announcement was made during a special event dedicated to the show. Although we don’t have all the details yet, we do know that studio MAPPA, who worked on the first season, will be involved again. Won’t deny it. I watched this ’cause MAPPA is involved!
For the amazing people who made the first season so incredible. Kiyoshi Matsuda directed the series, while Michiko Yokote wrote the script. Sara Sakoe and Nao Otsu were the chief animation directors, and Otsu was also in charge of the character designs. The music was composed by Masato Koda, Kana Utatane, and Kuricorder Quartet. And of course, we can’t forget the talented voice actors who brought the characters to life, like Yuma Uchida, Satoshi Hino, Hina Kino, and Maaya Uchida. They did an outstanding job!
So, what’s this anime all about? Well, it’s based on a light novel called Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill, written by Ren Eguchi and illustrated by Masa. There’s also a manga adaptation by Akagishi K that’s still ongoing. The story follows a guy named Mukouda Tsuyoshi, who gets summoned to a world of swordplay and sorcery. But here’s the twist: he was summoned by mistake! He’s not one of the chosen heroes, and his stats are pretty weak compared to theirs. So, instead of sticking around, he decides to make his own way in this new world.
But here’s the cool part: Mukouda has a unique skill called the “Online Supermarket.” With this skill, he can buy modern goods in a fantasy world. It’s not useful for fighting, but it does come in handy for other things. Mukouda thinks he can live a comfortable life by using his skill to cook delicious modern food in this fantasy world. And if you played a lot of games, you probably knew what’s coming next! FOOD BUFFS! The food he makes has some crazy effects! People can’t get enough of it, and they keep coming back for more. Talk about a tasty adventure!
So mark your calendars because Campfire Cooking in Another World With My Absurd Skill Season 2 is on its way! If you haven’t watched the first season, now’s the perfect time to catch up. Trust me, you won’t want to miss out on this deliciously entertaining anime!
